Erotica Adult Store Delivery Information

Most orders will be delivered in an Australia Post red and white parcel satchel.
Smaller or larger items will be delivered in brown paper wrapping.

Orders placed before 5.30pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day.
Orders placed after 5.30pm on Friday are dispatched the following Monday morning.
 

Parcel Post takes 2-5 working days to 95% of the country. 

Express Post is available if you contact our staff on (07) 4041 4069 prior to placing your order.
 

When your order has been dispatched, we'll send you an email with the tracking number and a link to the Australia Post website where you can track it.

If you're out when your package is delivered, your mail person will find a safe place to leave your parcel or will take it to the nearest Post Office.
They will leave a card explaining how you can collect your parcel.
 

Orders will be held at your nearest Post Office for 10 working days before being returned to us.

Don't forget to take the delivery notification (collection card, SMS, email) and some photo ID registered to your delivery address when you collect your order in person.

Your delivery will never have our store details on the parcel.
